A luxury new apartment nearby the Salinas and the vibrant boulevard of San Pedro del Pinatar. In this stylish athmosphere you find all the comfort you and your family or friends will need! You can relax by the pool or at the lovely roof terrace or take a dive in the pool. The area of San Pedro del Pinatar offers much to do, find the most beautiful golf courses, visit the salt lakes or healing mud baths.

This modern apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with direct access to the wonderfull terrace and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds with a separate bathroom.
With the beautiful weather - also in during the winter months because of the Mediterranean climate - it is a great advantage that there is plenty of outside living area on the terrace. This air-conditioned has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. Besides there is a flatscreen tv available. The inside living area offers a good space to work from home if needed. There is free parking in the streets.

Important note: They are still constructing some areas around the apartment, but in general, our guests do not experience any disturbance from it.

Our host will meet the guest on location.

We will contact our guests no later then 24 hours upon arrival to coordinate your check in through Whatsapp. Our host will meet the guest at the rental between 16:00 and 22:00, depending on the agreed time to check in. Upon request and availability it might be possible to have a late check in against an additional fee.
