About the Villa

 This stylish, single-story apartment accommodates up to six guests and features three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed 🛏️ and two bedrooms with two single beds each that can be joined into double beds. There are also two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, hairdryers, and toiletries. 🚿🧴
Air conditioning is individually adjustable per room – perfect for personal comfort.
One of Villa Lux’s unique features is the private pool, ideal for a refreshing swim. 💦 In spring and autumn, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. There is also a spacious rooftop terrace with sun loungers where you can relax with a book or drink. And very convenient: there is an outdoor toilet under the stairs to the terrace. Beach towels are provided too!
Additionally, there is storage space, perfect for safely storing rented bicycles, luggage, or beach gear.

Facilities & Location

 You enjoy full privacy here but are close to everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés are within walking distance. 🛒🍽️ Parking is free on the driveway or on the street.
Traveling with small children? On request, we can provide a high chair and baby cot for a fee of €20 per stay. 👶🍼

Check-in:

 You can pick up and return your keys at our office. Pick-up is possible between 3 PM and 5 PM, return between 9 AM and 10 AM. Prefer other times? No problem – you can request a code in advance for our key safe next to the office and leave the key in the mailbox after your stay. 🔑📦

 The area around Villa Lux is quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing in comfort. Within minutes you’ll be at Lo Pagan beach or walking along the charming palm-lined boulevard with sea views and numerous dining options. 🍽️🌅
San Pedro del Pinatar offers a wide range of activities – from walking and cycling to water sports like sailing, kitesurfing, or diving. Visit local markets, summer fairs, or take day trips to the cities of Cartagena and Murcia for culture and history. And don’t forget the famous mud baths and the Salinas de San Pedro nature reserve! 🏄‍♀️🎨🛍️

Accessibility & Extras

 Alicante and Murcia airports are nearby. On request, we can arrange (for an extra charge) airport transfers. We can also help you plan bike tours, wine tastings, boat trips, or a relaxing wellness day. Bikes are also available for rent! 🚴‍♀️🍷🛥️

 Currently, there is construction work across the street which may cause some noise during the day. Also, the BBQ will be available from August 4th. We do everything possible to make your stay pleasant and thank you for your understanding. 🔨🔊
